"Siobhan joined us for a 3 month project, at Easter 2015. The task was not easy, as the first challenge was to align the agency owners on the mission and vision. We had agreed in principal, but were struggling to agree terminology. Siobhan planned and facilitated multiple workshops and conversations, to define what was unique about our agency, and how best to articulate this via various mediums. The next challenge was to research which sectors to target, understand what clients (current and prospect) were looking for from an integrated agency, and then to put a marketing plan together. Whilst as an agency we put marketing strategies together for our clients all the time, doing it for yourself is always hard. With so many opinions on how best to raise our profile, Siobhan did a great job to consider all views and make a sound final recommendation.
